Scoop IT LLC cleans all areas of your property that contains dog waste including the back yard, front yard, dog runs, rock beds and flower beds.
Can you service our property with the dogs in the yard?
While we love all dogs, not all dogs will love us in their yard. We take our safety and the safety of your dogs very seriously. We ask that your dog stays inside while we clean up their yard.
Is your service available year round?
Definitely! Scoop IT LLC operates in light rain and cold conditions but cannot work during severe thunderstorms, flooding, or heavy snow accumulation. Missed visits due to weather will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Do I have to be home at the time of services?
No, you do not have to be home. As long as we have access to the area that needs to be cleaned, we can complete your service.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts are not required! You may start, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Do we have to find time for you to come out and look at the property?
No, I can give you a quote based on the number of dogs you have and the size of your property. You can also include photos of the area to be cleaned when filling out the quote request form.
